Many candidates only provide
their basic details like functional area, work experience etc. If you
submit your full resume covering your career objective, past work experience
(Names of Previous employers, nature of responsibilities), achievements,
skills along with basic information like functional area, number of years
of experience, current location, preferred locations, educational qualifications
etc., then an employer is much more likely to call you for an interview. |

|
Update your resume at least
once in a month. Include any fresh information that you might have to
offer from time to time. Even if there is no fresh information, updating
frequently confirms to prospective employers that you are ready to change.
Remember, employers get to see when the resume was last updated and they
are more likely to call a candidate who has recently refreshed his resume. |
