It’s nice to know that you wish to pursue in a career TV channel. 1st question arises; do you have enough skills and efficiency with the design tools and animation? You can prepare a Profile of yours in a CD which will include some of your sample works.

Send it directly to the Producers or concerned department. You can contact the person over the phone, make an appointment and present yourselves. Nowadays, the Satellite TV channels maintain enough professionalism.
