What is proper CV/ Resume Length and Template Design?

To apply for management trainee programs should I use a one-page Resume/CV? If yes, should the Resume be plain black and white or with those fancy templates like the ones available on the internet? Thank you so much in advance.

Dear user, thanks for your query. Resume/ CV should not be more than one or two page if you are fresher & have experience not more than 2-3 years. Because, recruiters don't have much time to read out a lengthy CV. A one page CV/ Resume is always preferable. Include all your necessary information that required for job. Plain black & white CV is acceptable to all recruiters rather than fancy template available in the internet. Try to keep your simple & informative with important keywords. Good Luck.

আমি ডিপ্লোমা ৬ষ্ঠ পর্ব সিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এ পড়ছি, আমি নিজের ‍স্কিল বৃদ্ধি করতে চাই, কিন্তু কী কী হার্ড এবং সফট স্কিল জানা জরুরী তা বুঝতে পারছি না । তাই নিজের ক্যারিয়ার ডেভলবমেন্ট কি কি হার্ড এবং সফট স্কিল জানা জরুরী ?
